Cancellation & Deposit

Deposit
A credit card with $500 available credit to put a hold on is required before accepting each rental bike. We will release this hold minus any damages within 24 hours of the return of the bike.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation please get in touch with us. If you are able to notify us more than 72 hours before your rental begins, we will be happy to refund your payment. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before your rental begins or do not show up, we will not be able to provide credit or a refund.
