You are invited to the 2015 Comox Valley Farm Cycle Tour – Saturday, September 26th; celebrating the progressive farming, food and beverage producers in the Comox Valley. New for 2015:
One Day Tour – One Map: 8 hour period where cyclers can visit any of the farms on the map at their own pace vs having to follow a specific route. This allows more farms to participate who may not be on past routes, and disperses the crowds so farms are not inundated with cyclists at one time. For those participating at the Farmers Market that morning – the map would simply indicate you are open in the afternoon of the event only.
Shopping Shuttle: Provide the riders the opportunity to shop at farm, winery or brewery offering product for purchase, without worrying about carrying the extra weight around with them all day.
