“My name is Graham Bradley and I am excited to have started at Hub City. I grew up in Nanaimo and have returned to the west coast after nearly a decade of travel, study, work and adventure. I trained as bike mechanic in a volunteer run coop in Montreal called ‘Right to Move/La Voie Libre’ and ended up volunteering weekly for over three and a half years eventually serving on the BOD. RTM’s environment became a catalyst and platform for launching several projects including a fund raising calendar featuring bike mechanics, Bike2Farm which organized and led people on bike trips to visit small organic farms around Montreal, and another coop called Le Petit Velo Rouge which continues to hatch. I am a self proclaimed francophile and avid farmer having spent the last three years working and learning on small farms. Bike touring is a passion of mine and I have enjoyed several thousand kilometers of trips in Canada and Australia. Lately I am particularly interested in bike powered farming machines and how co-ops function. I feel that I am in the perfect spot at Hub City Cycles Community Co-op.”
