Hey everyone! Just letting you know that we’re having our AGM on March 18th, at our shop. We’d really love your support and participation!

Location: Hub City Cycles, 12 Lois Lane, Nanaimo, BC
Every member of Hub City Cycles Community Co-op is encouraged to attend the AGM and consider nominating yourself or a fellow member to be a Director. Directors sit on that board, attend meetings about once every 2-3 months and are intimately involved with focusing the direction of the co-op. As gratitude for this volunteer service, a user member director can use the shop and tools for free, and also get a 20% discount on purchases. Your time, talents, ideas, and energy are crucial to this Cooperative’s success! Please contact us to make a Director nomination or learn more about being a Hub City Cycles Director. Nominations will also be accepted at the Meeting.
We encourage you to bike or carpool. The closest parking is available across the street at Port Place Mall or in the 2-hour lot beside Black and Blue Tattoo on Terminal. Please DO NOT park in the China Steps.
The meeting will be called to order at 7:00. Please come early to have time for visiting with other Members. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. This year a Barbershop Quartet will be joining us, to kick off the meeting in a harmonious way!
